Stepping up to big data with R and Python

As part of (belated) Big Data Week (http://bigdataweek.com/) and to unofficially kick-off SPDC, we'd like to invite you to a meetup to discuss how to embrace big data with R and Python.

We will discuss the "traditional" analytics stack in both R and Python, and strategies to ramp these up to working with Big Data. We want to encourage a discussion about both ecosystems and collectively learn.
