Learn about RStudio with the RStudio team

We are thrilled to have two members of the RStudio (http://www.rstudio.org) Team - Josh Paulson and JJ Allaire - here in DC to give an overview of RStudio, the new release (0.95) and some of the newer features.

For those that are not familiar with RStudio, it is an open source IDE built from the ground up for R, and it has great features. If you haven't had a chance to use, we highly recommend it.

Josh Paulson will be presenting and JJ will also be here for Q&A. Here are some of the topics that will be covered:

demo the project management, code navigation, and source control features of their recent release additional insight into RStudio's design and the motivation behind the project discussion with the group about where the R community wants to see RStudio go in the future Come at 6:30 for refreshments and networking, we'll start the program at 7:00pm. Getting to CustomInk (Please read this!)

CustomInk's (http://www.customink.com) offices are at the corner of Westpark Drive and Jones Branch in Tysons Corner. Please enter our parking garage from Jones Branch. After taking your parking ticket, turn right immediately and park near the elevators on your right. Take these elevators to the 5th floor. These elevators are located along the Jones Branch drive edge of the parking lot, not the building itself. If you go inside the building lobby. you've gone the wrong way :).
