Join us for presentations from our Ruby community.

This time we invite people to show us what they've been hacking on. Are you learning about how objects work? Re-implementing Perl in Ruby? Building out your startup? Struggling with Rails for Zombies? You get five minutes (or less) to show us your Ruby gem, app, koan, question, or challenge.

Kim Persson will give a talk titled "I yield".

Beatrice Åkerblom will talk briefly about why we need to do research on dynamic languages in general, a bit about what she's doing in Python, and then a few words on how she would like to continue this work with Ruby.

Food and drink are provided by thoughtbot (http://thoughtbot.se/).

Presentation nights are a fun way to keep up with the community. No question is too simple, the talks provide good conversation starters, and Rubyists of all levels will be there. Beginners are encouraged to attend.
