This is a fitness program dedicated to women who are committed about losing weight and/or maintaining a healthy weight through regular exercise and adopting wise food choices.
With the support and camaraderie of other women who seek the same goal, as well as intense, effective workouts led by a high-energy, inspirational trainer, women of all fitness levels, shapes and sizes are able in a few short weeks, to make a drastic improvement in their body shapes.
'Booty' Bootcamp was designed for women who desire more one-on-one instructor time and whom have near-future goals in mind: those who want to make a drastic change in their shape over a short period of time and who are able to commit to three-times-a-week sessions over a four-week period.
This workout offers just that and more.
Classes are small (from 2 to 8 gals) to allow for more personal instruction; as well, the women complete a fitness test, get a proper weigh-in, have a total-body measurement before and after the four-week sessions; learn how to complete a food journal, and learn all about healthy food choices as well as simple and effective workouts they can do at home to maintain their weight-loss after the four-week sessions are completed.
If you are a woman who has been struggling with her weight, or is bored to death with gym workouts, or has reached a weight-loss plateau, OR simply in need of motivation from others to get moving - this is the workout you need!
Four-week gal's-only private Booty-Camp sessions are held three times a week on: M, W, F and T, TH, SAT. Times are worked around your schedule.
