Thinking we should schedule an organizational Hangout. Maybe a week from Monday?

Yeah, I think this is a good idea. Last year we did them every few weeks at the start, then weekly as the event approached.

Aaron, I just added some comments in a pull request. Don't know enough to know if I need to make the commit myself or if I have the permissions I need to do that.

I'm sorry guys, I couldn't make it again... I'm gonna make the next one. Are you guys maintaining the conversation somewhere? Like forum or P2?

Instructor/Coordinator for Southwestern Illinois College Web Development section. We would love to help out with this in anyway we can. I am unable to attend tonight. But please keep us in mind.

A heads up to everyone. We are looking for a diverse group of folks to help lead the efforts of putting on this event. We had 250 people show up this year, and tickets sold out a week in advance. WordPress.org has some great guides on what work needs to be done (http://plan.wordcamp.org/first-steps/the-organizing-team/) tl:dr; We need you, we need a venue and date, we need a budget.

Terrific! Count me in. If you like I'll do graphics. That's pretty easy to do remotely. I'm also going to WC LA next week. Any specific thing you want me to do there?
