We're a peaceful, non-violent, & orderly ACTIVIST group, working outside "the system" using signs, flyers, etc. to expose organized stalking/electronic harassment (OS/EH). -ORGANIZED STALKING/HARASSMENT-

Electronic non-lethal directed-energy weapons developed for military/police are used to experiment on/harass citizens without their knowledge or consent, in America & globally. They're also known as 'weapons of political control'. The tech that our government and media admits to is often 10 years or more behind what already exists. The most commonly encountered tech was featured on the History Channel's series, "That's Impossible!" in the episode "Mind Control". The program contained a interview with Cheryl Walsh, a harassment victim, researcher & activist. The DVD of this program apparently is no longer available.
I've yet to find a website on organized stalking/harassment that I agree with 100%, but here is one that gives a good basic summary of it: Catchcanada. Though victims aren't held prisoner, the perps are often coached in using the same subtle psychological mechanisms behind BRAINWASHING in the harassment. Knowing basically what you're dealing with is half the battle in defeating the process. Occasionally government or corporate whistleblowers, & some political activists are targeted for ongoing OS/EH. You don't have to be "somebody special" to get targeted. This tech is also in the hands of organized crime. A high percentage of victims report it's use by HOAs & neighborhood associations in a perverse form of "community policing". These community associations across the U.S. collectively have their own lobby in Washington. The technology used to stalk/harass the victim is most likely loaned to a community association through local politicians and officials. The politics of "community policing" come down to how "policing" is defined, how "community" is defined, & who's excluded in the definition of "community". When "the establishment" organizes & runs a community policing program, the big winners are not the communities themselves, but the established interests (businesses) that law enforcement represents. (When government & business bed together, you have FASCISM.) This "community policing" also includes the crime of low tech harassment in the victim's workplace by co-workers, called "workplace mobbing". In all cases OS/EH is normally non-violent (no physical confrontation), & is intended for the impact of long-term systematic, trauma-based psycological abuse on the victim & his life. It can also be done using only low-tech methods. Some victims are persecuted into homelessness. The harassment often follows victims who relocate out of state, as I was. A tiny minority of victims are driven to "snap" in violence or to suicide.
A private investigator, David Lawson, wrote a book titled, "Cause Stalking", after investigating several cases of OS/EH & even infiltrating harassment groups. He says organized groups of perps often have a pact together. He says the pact can include hundreds of people (or only seem to) from all walks of life who back each other up if anyone singles someone out. The perps may portray themselves as a community of good people who protect each other, but they're really little more than a hate group, on the same level as the KKK! This pact often includes the churches within the community, who ignore the teachings of Christ to actively harass the victim! In community policing that involves OS/EH, even if the perps eventually want the victim to join them (so they have him in their back pocket), they'll never genuinely accept him & always see him as a second class citizen.
One website lists things that many OS/EH victims (also called 'TIs' for 'Targeted Individuals') experienced in common. These tactics appear to be used universally by the perps, & matched my own experience to a "T" with only minor variations. For that reason I draw on some of my own experience, & some of the effects commonly reported among TIs to illustrate basically how OS/EH is often carried out. (The "universal" basic pattern is from a report by Julianne McKinney, & I include a link to it at the end of these pages.)
Some of the technologies have physical effects, such as inflicting pain, nausia, etc., but they're not used in all cases. The technology most often encountered is to be one the Discovery Channel made a mention of during one of their programs. They said the military has the technology to demoralize enemy troops. The patent most closely matching this capability & effects commonly reported by TIs is #3951134, "APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR REMOTELY MONITORING AND ALTERING BRAIN WAVES". It was granted in 1976. (Some advancements were made to the original tech, & were described in patent #3951134x.) This tech uses radio waves. An over simplified description of how this tech works is: Our brain waves are weak radio waves transmitted into space as waste energy, generated as a result of our brain's electrical activity. These radio waves carry brain wave data on them which this tech can receive from remote & interpret in detail. Two radio frequencies are transmitted to the brain, which combines & alters the pattern of the radio waves by its electrical activity & transmits an interference waveform shaped by this electrical activity. The tech filters & amplifies the incoming signal, interpreting the brainwave data on it. Based on the incoming signal, the tech generates a compensating signal which uses the entrainment principle to cause the brain to make its brainwaves conform to the brainwave pattern for the specific emotion and intensity desired by the operator, thus artificially manipulating emotions. The tech is commonly but mistakenly called "mind control". It's more accurately "brainwave scanner" technology. The tech can be used on people en-mass, or on a single individual without affecting anyone around him. Every person's exact brain wave frequency is a bio-identifier, like fingerprints. A person's exact brain wave frequency could be obtained with a highly sensitive form of what's called a "frequency grabber" in ham radio circles. The frequency grabber could be hidden in a common object like a briefcase, etc., & placed or hidden next to the intended victim in public, such as a bus stop, etc. Once the operator has the TI's exact brain wave frequency he can harass him without affecting anyone around him. The new brain wave technology has the capability to transmit silent subliminal suggestion. Other capabilities mentioned in the text of the original patent allow the operator to monitor the victim's emotional state, his vital signs, AND HIS THOUGHT PROCESSES. The operator can also transmit his voice & other sounds directly to the audio cortex of the TI's brain, bypassing normal hearing. This was demonstrated in '73 Voice to Skull. An uninformed TI might question his sanity and think he's "hearing voices". The tech also has the ability to make the transmitted voices or sounds appear to the TI to be emanating from a specific direction around him, & the perps can control which direction. These sounds are muted enough that fairly loud real noises can mask them. The voices of individuals known by the TI can be computer synthesized & transmitted. TIs commonly have no other symptoms of mental illness besides "hearing voices". The mental health system normally hasn't declared someone mentally ill based on just a single symptom, because this could cover most of the population at one time or another! But long term OS/EH could create mental illness through long term constant stress.
Two of the tech's capabilities, monitoring a person's thought processes & transmitting voices, together allow for a TI to have intelligent two-way communication with the perps in real time, like talking on a cell phone. In this case all the tech is on the perp's end & the TI's brain acts as a passive link between himself & the tech. The TI can either think his reply to his perps or vocalize it & get intelligent & emotional responses. The perps themselves use this tech as radios to communicate with each other, & often can be overheard by the TI. (The perps can mute their voices trying to prevent this.) I use this two-way communication to push my perp's buttons! I became able to literally break my perps down into tears of rage almost on a daily basis! I'd hear 'em crying on the other end & they'd start screaming threats at me. They never backed up a threat even though I'd challenge them to "bring it on". Eventually I realized they aren't allowed to become violent, as it would give the TI evidence & make it harder to discredit him. Many TIs (including myself) have reported hearing their perps comment through V2K on things in their field of vision and/or hearing, which they hadn't noticed until their perps said something, because they'd been focused on something else.
The original patent for this "brainwave scanner" tech can be found on a Google patent search using the patent number, 3951134. You can read the text of the patent yourself. This tech has become more advanced since first patented in '76. The improvement info was patent #3951134x, but the document (supposedly) was destroyed in a fire at the patent office. This tech is mainly used for surveillance/harassment purposes. IT HAS SERIOUS IMPLICATIONS FOR ANY FREE SOCIETY!!! Sometimes one of the non-lethal weapons which can inflict pain, etc. is used with this tech.
OS/EH involves ongoing atrocities in the form of systematic, trauma (fear) based psychological abuse. What makes these atrocities the more monsterous is it's done covertly & by remote through "brainwave scanner" tech, yet right under the public's noses, making the TI seem to be progressively deteriorating psychologically from no outward cause! The TI is unlikely to know what is happening, isn't believed if he talks of it, & doesn't know where to turn for help. The ultimate purpose seems to be to get him out of society. The perps may receive occasional coaching on specific psychological tactics from a professional psychologist of some kind. The initial harassment is mainly conventional, & after the perps have instilled enough emotional turmoil in the TI so that he can't think clearly, they begin to increasingly use the "brainwave scanner" technology & rely less on conventional methods. The perps cause the TI to believe that someone's demonizing him behind his back. The perps attempt to isolate the TI socially from family & friends, etc., breaking down his trust & denying him any support group. The perps also start trying to distort the TI's perception of reality, mainly his perception of how the world perceives him as a person & his perception of himself. The emotional turmoil created by the harassment, combined with not knowing what's going on or why, & not having anyone he can clearly identify as the cause, leaves the TI in a confused, disoriented state. The turmoil affects his short term memory, hinders his ability to focus & concentrate, & ruins his ability for clear, rational, analytical thought. It puts the TI into a long downward spiral in which he unwittingly begins to bring more problems on himself with how he reacts under the constant emotional stress. This can lead to ruined reputation, jail time, loss of self confidence, loss of employment, the breakup of marriage & family, etc. The perps enhance this process & their tactics with skits of "street theater" & the tech's capabilities, mainly of artificially manipulating a person's emotions & using silent subliminal suggestion. (The perps don't seem to be able to keep up either of these 2 attacks for longer than a few minutes at a time.) The perps may eventually toss a specific accusation out for the TI, based partly on what his mind has been filling in the blanks with for them (they play off his fears the same way) & partly on a grain of truth. But the grain of truth will have had a negative "spin" put on it. The perps want to create in the confused, disoriented TI, fear from an inner sense of helplessness & inability to cope with a "surreal" reality, & guilt from an inner sense of being innately unworthy and immoral, & also self loathing. The perps enhance this by manipulating the TI's emotions so that he feels wracked with guilt & humiliation, too humiliated to talk about what's being done to him, & that he somehow deserves it. They also try to create in the TI's mind the illusion that the world hates him, & of the perps as being invincible, ruthless, & unflappable. They then go to work using fear to break down the TI into a paranoid mass of quivering Jell-O. As the TI goes about his daily life, the perps will occasionally quietly transmit their voices to him directionally, so that he thinks he's overhearing people around him bad mouthing him. This could also spark confrontations. On rare occasions members of the perps' pact will put on skits of "street theater" for the TI's benefit, to make their deception appear to have yet more substance in reality. The perps build up the TI's paranoia & suggestibility, & can cause him to believe things such as he's under investigation for some "heinous" crime. The perps try to completely destroy the TI psychologically, to strip him of everything it means to be a human person & an individual.
The perps can also use the "brainwave scanner" tech & their tactics to cause a religious person to begin to doubt God's love & acceptance for him, or even to believe that God has rejected him & allowed him to become demon posessed! It's even possible for the perps to fake a religious experience for the TI (likely a negative one), or convince him that he's dealing with ghosts, or space aliens, etc.
The TI is also denied opportunity in order to keep him down. The perps want to make sure he has nothing, goes nowhere, & does nothing. They try to destroy his dreams in life. This tactic includes petty vandalism & petty theft to nickel & dime him to death. Whenever I had to repair or replace something, I started saving the receipts as evidence to show it was happening on a regular basis, in case it ever got into court. Not long after I started doing this, these incidents dropped dramatically and tapered off to almost nothing. Even when the economy was better, it was still almost impossible for me to get a job other than occasional work out of a temporary service. I'm an only son & was kept from dating this way for 22+ yrs of persecution & never married. My perps gloat over having wiped out my family line!
The perps also attempt to push and provoke the TI to the point where he blows up & does something stupid so they can get him locked up. THE PERPS HAVE NO POWER UNTIL THE TI COMMITS A CRIME. Then he's caught up in "the system". The perps will also attempt to make the TI to appear to be a paranoid schitzophrenic & to eventually steer him into a mental institution. If the TI cannot be provoked to the point of violence, the perps simply try for steering him into the mental health system.
In order for the perps to break you down through their OS/EH, they have to trick you into feeding into the negative emotions that are the natural reaction to the harassment & to wallow in rage and/or self pity. Once you start doing this, YOU begin to break YOURSELF down for the perps! The perps can't break you down themselves, they need to trick you into doing it for them. They have to use the power of your own mind against you!

-COPING STRATEGY-

Just as nobody can make you mad unless you let them, nobody or no circumstances can make you feel a certain way and wallow in it unless you let them. We have more control over our emotions & minds than some people realize. We don't have to react emotionally to something if we don't want to. Even when the perps artificially manipulate your emotions, you don't have to react emotionally to the attack. Don't react emotionally to any of their harassment, but react normally to everything else. You can also choose what your perception of reality will be, remembering that anything which comes from your perps is a lie! Just as repetition is the mother of study, repetition is also the key to BRAINWASHING. The perps are a minority & monsters, society doesn't think the way they do! These things may be difficult at first, but it gets easier over time as you put them into practice, & you'll become a stronger person. Learn to control your emotions instead of simply reacting to what you feel, & keep doing things you enjoy. Emotions follow actions, not the other way around! Focus on the positive things in life, keep laughing & appreciating even little things that many take for granted. The most important thing is to maintain your sense of humor, this is absolutely vital! A light hearted humor works great! Don't take yourself or life too seriously. I've learned that genuine happiness doesn't come from outward circumstances or from the people around us, but from your attitude & mindset. Be upbeat, but not overly optomistic. Learn to accept things as they are at the moment, to be content with your circumstances and make the best of it. I don't mean there is no desire to better yourself. You'll need to lower your expectations in life and of people around you. In any set of circumstances it takes no more work or energy to be happy than it does to be miserable, especially in the long run. Since the choice is ultimately our own, why not be happy? Even if you can't come out on top, or change anything in your circumstances, don't allow it to break your spirit. Don't let stuff overwhelm you, then even when you can't overcome adversity, adversity won't overcome you! The powerless can humble the powerful with physical courage, an untiring sense of humor, & the conviction that no matter what the perps do to you they cannot humiliate you, only you can humiliate yourself. Human dignity can be assaulted, vandalized, & cruelly mocked, but it cannot be taken away unless it is surrendered!
Whenever I want I can "tune out" the perps' voices like a radio I'm not listening to. I deal with the artificial manipulation of my emotions by quieting myself inwardly, & questioning whether what I'm feeling is either out of character for me, or of an intensity out of character for me under the circumstances. If either is the case, I ignore what I'm feeling & act according to logic and reason, & do what I would do normally. The perps love to use negative emotions, especially fear. Silent subliminal suggestion is harder to catch. It feels like an "impression" or "idea" hitting you. The perps use this to cause worry, or as part of distorting how you interpret the world around you. The impression could be logically & rationally dismissed as baseless, but then a bit later it hits your mind again. If this happens you know what you're dealing with and you ignore it.
The perps want you to become desperate to "DO SOMETHING" to get out of the OS/EH. Don't play their game! They have no more power than what you give them! Instead, accept your circumstances & do nothing to get out, but fight back by exposing their secret & blowing their cover! THIS PUTS PRESSURE ON THE PERPS! They will encourage you, share information about this crime & the technology with you, & help you in any way they can.
