Meet friendly local moms from Stroller Strides that all share a passion for fitness, their kids and having fun!

Come to any of our classes in the Rancho Cucamonga/Upland area and enjoy a great workout in the beautiful outdoors with your child along for the ride. We accomodate all fitness levels. This is a fabulous way to meet other moms and new friends for your kids.

In addition to our great workouts, we also offer weekly playgroups, monthly Moms Nights Out, and community events. As moms we all like to share experiences, find advice, give support, take care of ourselves and be good role models for our children.

All moms and kids ages 6 weeks to 5 years are welcome. YOUR FIRST WEEK OF CLASSES IS FREE!

Join us for a fabulous workout in the great outdoors with your child along for the ride! Not only will you get a 1-hour total body workout, you'll also meet moms and their kids.

Be sure to bring water, a hat and/or sunblock, snacks/toys for the kids and a mat/towel/blanket for abs. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts, as we start promptly at 9:15 AM.

We can't wait to meet up with you!
