Stroller Strides of Corona/Norco was named the TOP Stroller Strides Franchise from across the nation in 2009! Don't miss out on this fun program! We can't wait to share this amazing program with you and your little one!
Classes are designed so mom can workout with her child. It's a great way to get in shape, be with your child and meet other moms! The stroller classes consist of a Power Walk combined with body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller, and the environment. Our stroller classes accommodate all levels of exerciser. All instructors are certified and are moms too!
Franchisee/Instructor Dani Rowan was awarded Stroller Strides Instructor of the Year 2008 at Stroller Strides National Confrence in San Diego on Oct 18th. The winner of this award embodies Stroller Strides' core components by offering fitness for moms and fun for baby, but realizes the program is more than just a workout - it's a supportive and inspiring environment for mothers and an enjoyable experience for children
