You are invited to experience the teachings of Peace, Love, Mercy, Justice and Freedom at Sufi School Southwest in Santa Barbara over Labor Day weekend at the La Casa de Maria Retreat center. Time is of the essence... event is almost full!
Shaykh Muhammad Sa'id al-Jamal ar-Rifa'i as-Shadhuli, head of the Higher Sufi Council in Jerusalem and the Holy Land and teacher at the Masjid al-Aqsa, the Dome of the Rock, is visiting Sufi communities across the U.S this summer. Sidi (our short name for our Shaykh) says: "When you find the love you find yourself. The secret is in the love."
The event begins Friday at 2 p.m. There will be an all night prayer for Peace Sunday night and the event ends on Monday at 1 p.m.
