Do you secretly turn your nose up at the store bought cookies and cakes your co-workers bring to office pot lucks?

Are you obsessed with the Food Network and LOVE watching the cake decorating challenges, bake offs and Ace of Cakes?

Do you relish in the hard work that baking/cooking from scratch and cake decorating require?

Do you think that the way something looks is just as important as the way it tastes?

Would you like to learn more techniques and tips but cringe at the price of cooking classes?

If you answered yes to any of these questions then this group is for you! Whether you're a novice, hobbyist, professional or an amateur like me, this is where you want to be. We'll be exchanging recipes, trading tips and techniques, perfecting old ones, trying new recipes, visiting bakeries, doing demonstrations and more!

For our current members:

You are welcome to set up or recommend any meetups relevant to our members. That means baking or food-related events only, please. All other events will be cancelled by the organizer.

Also, if one of your suggestions becomes a meetup, you will become the main contact person. Please coordinate accordingly - be sure to let people know where and when to gather.
