Smart Swift: Experiences Using Swift on Teams

Is Swift ready for production? For our December meetup, we're looking for stories of teams that have begun working with Swift, particularly on projects of significant size. Where has Swift helped? What pitfalls are there to avoid? What new design patterns are emerging?
