The Silicon Valley New Technology (SVNewTech) Monthly Meetup

  • November 6, 2012 · 7:00 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

Learn about hot new web technologies and mingle with 200+ fellow entrepreneurs, investors, bloggers, and tech enthusiasts. This meetup fills up quickly, so be sure to RSVP two weeks early each month.

We announce the lineup the day of the meetup, and we always feature four interesting companies.

The first hour of the meetup will be demos (actual demos, no power point slides ;). The second hour is for networking and talking to the presenters. This is a FREE event. Pizza, beer, and wine will be provided.

Tell all of your friends about this community - just point them to SVNewTech.com.

Did anyone happen to find a bluetooth headset somewhere around the room? Mine fell off its clip, fairly likely at this meeting, and I didn't notice until tonight.

Dear organizers, we are managing a venture fund for KDDI, a leading mobile operator in Japan, identifying investment/partnership opportunities in SF/Bay area. Now we are on the waiting list, hoping a chance to see the demos. Here's the first investment we announced this week. http://techcrunch.com/2012/11/0...

I am excited to see new ideas but I am on waiting list. Any chances people on waiting list will get in ?
I am a co-founder of HackRabbit. It helps founders to help launch their MVP and Iterate. I am looking forward to meet other entrepreneurs to see what difficulties do they face bringing their idea to MVP.

You organize a group with over 9k members... good job, then you hold the meetup at a venue with less than 200, huh? What's the strategy?

I'm curious why the posted RSVP opening date was not followed. I've almost grown fond of setting myself a calendar reminder weeks ahead.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
