The biggest Independence Day party in Australia is here. In fact, it could be so good that you start partying on July 2nd and go straight through to the 4th. There's a lot happening on the night so here's a quick summary:

Free entry, lots of prizes & giveaways, raffles, live DJ, trivia (5-6:30pm for you early-birds), American food-beers-cocktails, Jim Beam Party Crew, lots of fun & games! USA theme and prizes for best dressed! Absolutely everyone is welcome so don't just tell your American friends. Spread the word to help us make this HUGE. There's gonna be $10 Cocktails, Miller Beer, Jim Beam, Samuel Adams. real American food made by real Americans, music, lucky door prizes, giveaways, charity raffles, a live DJ, fun & games & even some boutique American beers. 4:00pm-6:30pm: The doors open as do the drink specials but Kids & Families are also welcome during this time ($10 dinner specials for children under 12 as well as chances to win some small prizes in our junior fun & games challenges from 5:00-6:00pm). After 6:30pm, things will start becoming a bit more adult.

4:30pm - 9:00pm: $15 Dinner Special! $15 gets you a full “Americian” meal (7 options including some vege choices) AND your choice of an American beer, glass of wine or softdrink. And there's plenty of other American snacks, drinks & entertainment for those who don't want dinner. FYI, we've got an American cook overseeing the entire menu and creating goodies that will taste as close to home as possible.

5:00pm - 6:30pm: Trivia time: there will be three rounds of team trivia from 5pm-6:30pm with prizes after each round, prizes for the overall winning team and lots of individual challenges.

7:30pm - 10:30pm: loads of giveaways, plus our friends at Jim Beam will be bringing out their party crew to run some fun & games.

8:00pm & 10:30pm: Charity Raffles & Free Door Prize Draws: proceeds from the charity raffle are going to support local community projects of United Way. There will be two main prize raffle and free door prize draws around 8:00pm and 10:30pm. The grand prize is a RETURN TRIP TO EITHER SAN FRAN OR L.A. THANKS FOR OUR FRIENDS (your choice! exlcudes taxes & surcharges). Raffle tickets will be available on the night at the door.

10:00pm til late: An American DJ will be spinning some tunes that will make you homesick... or dance... or both!
