What is our main purpose?

To enable expats - of all nationalities - to make more friends and business connections; enjoy varied social events; and adjust successfully to life in Sydney!


Who should join us?
 Newcomers to Sydney who want to make new friends, settle in more quickly and start to enjoy all that Sydney has to offer, as well as established expats who want to make more friends and have more fun!


What are the benefits of joining us? 

* Membership is free!

* We aren't nationality-specific so you'll make friends with people from different backgrounds. 

* There are events every month to keep your social diaries full (we've averaged 1 event a month for 3 years so far)!

* We do our utmost to organise varied events.

* Members are encouraged to host and run their own events. So if you have an idea for a social event that you'd like other people to know about, simply post it! If it will have appeal, we'll make it an official event and email members.

 

What's on offer? 

We run one or two events per month. Events include:

* Drinks and meals around Sydney

* Trivia nights

* Bar/ pub/ live music/ club nights

* Comedy nights

* Ten-pin bowling

* Wine tastings

* Book clubs

* Cycling and rock climbing

* Bush walks

* Pub crawls

* Day trips e.g. to the Blue Mountains, to the Southern Highlands for a wine tour...

...and we're open to all suggestions!
