Many practitioners of Tai Chi have requested a workshop on meditation, since it is one of the most important aspects of Tai Chi training.

This workshop is designed to help people experience meditation and see how it applies to their Tai Chi practice.

Tai Chi is often called "Moving Meditation", but most don't get to really experience Tai Chi on that level.

This workshop will bring you to a deeper understanding and application of Tai Chi that will impact your entire life.

I hope to see you there.

Peace and balance,

Master Domingo Colon

(P.S. If you are unable to attend this workshop, we have an ongoing Meditation and Chi Kung class that meets at the School every Saturday 8 am.)
