Three Steps to Supercharged Development with PSR-0, Composer, and Silex

The Talk:
As Web Developers, we are expected to get things done fast, and without much attention to detail. As a result, we sometimes tend to write code that gets the job done but is ::ahem:: less-than-perfect. In addition, we quite often find ourselves re-writing code that we know exists, because it is simpler and less of a pain than trying to use other peoples' libraries.
In this presentation, we will look at an alternative way of quickly assembling a working app not with sloppy, get-it-done code, but instead by assembling code from some of the best open source PHP libraries available. To help us along the way, we'll enlist three tools: PSR-0, Composer, and Silex.
