Tantric Dance and Workshop with Live sound Healing
[masked] If you need to contact me
Live soft saxophone, Chants, Synths,
Gentle tantric beats & lush sounds from nature.
Suitable for new and experienced Tantrikas
Singles & Couples
The theme of this workshop is to explore our sexual consciousness and connect with ourselves using sound, mindfulness, movement and breathing.
To connect with the ancient wisdom of our bodies, heal and open up our hearts through dance.
Listening with awareness to our bodies
Feeling the live music deep within our bodies
Tantric sound healing - laying on yoga mats / duvets (please bring your own) with live music & nature sounds - mmmmm pure bliss!
We will divide into small groups after some of the exercises to discuss and share our experiences.
We have found that the combination of using music to heal or liberate ourselves combined with Tantric traditions is a very powerful experience. When you combine this with live sacred music, it really allows people to open up and explore themselves in a deep but fun and relaxing way

After the afternoon session, come and join us for an evening meal based on Buddhist dishes at a restaurant nearby. You can come and dine, hear live sax chillout and eastern spiritually inspired music, be taught mindfullness meditation, (and eating some of the dishes blindfolded) and also a short sound healing session. (but no dancing!).
The evening will also feature a half hour lecture on new medicinal and nutritional plants found around the world including from the Himalayas based on Johntys research in this area ( he has PhD in Natural Products Chemistry).
