Meet fellow Real Estate Professionals in the southeastern Pennsylvania counties. Network with all the major players in the area including real estate agents, title agents, real estate attorneys, contractors, appraisers, inspectors, accountants, etc. All are welcome!

The topics of our meetups will be centered around one (1) or more of the programs above.

The President of Target Home Solutions, Jasper Silvis, is also an M2 Master Consultant and internet marketing success coach and will from time to time present his free course on personal branding through social media marketing to help you market your real estate business on the internet. You are encouraged to ask questions regarding internet marketing after the main topic of discussion or guest speaker.

--> If you have loan modification leads, bring them. We pay $250 referral fees for all accepted loan modification cases.

--> If you have short sale cases, bring them. We negotiate short sales if we are the first buyer or even if we are asked to simply facilitate a short sale for another buyer. Our referral fees for short sales are based on your level of involvement and of ours, but usually falls within the 10% - 30% of net profit range.

--> We are not picky nor strict. You are encouraged to network, so if you give someone else at the meetup one of your deals and did not give it to us, we do not mind at all. There are lots of cases out there and lots of opportunities to joint venture.
