In answer to inquiries about the viewing schedule, here's what's going to happen.
The official meetup begins at 3 pm on Saturday, June 16. That will begin with a viewing of the Five Doctors, and if there's sufficient time, it will be followed by the two doctors. The 90 minute version of the Five Doctors will be used. The library doesn't close until 6 pm, so that gives us around 150 minutes to play with.
For those who attended last month, and who want to finish off watching the Dalek Master Plan, the room reservation begins at 1 pm - that gives you a good two hours if needed to finish watching.
The 1pm-3pm time period will be used for "to be continued" stuff from now on. This is a way of making sure we have a little continuity and can stay on schedule.
There wasn't a whole lot of discussion of the eps -those who attended were content to hang out and watch Who. That's fine with me; I'm here to enjoy and I'll save my analysis as a good thing to do over a pint.
If you come, snacks are allowed in the meeting rooms, as are enclosed drinks. We still need to bring our own A/V equipment - it will be the same as last time unless someone has something to add.
If there is desire to afterwards, we can all convene at Applebee's or Brit's Pub, depending on who's in the mood for what after the library closes.
I will be getting those showing schedules done as soon as I can; I have a lot of professional obligations to attend to, but Doctor Who is always the first priority on my fun list!
