Prototyping Dynamic Websites with Angular.js

Sam Beran works remotely as a Software Engineer for Third Iron where he develops the BrowZine web and mobile apps

Angular.js is a framework for creating dynamic web apps. It was originally created by Google to prototype web apps - and it's still very good for that purpose. For example, say you're designing a web site, and need to simulate some dynamic behavior, like adding an item to a list - Angular makes this very, very easy.

If we have enough people interested, I would be willing to present Angular.js Part II: Electric Webaloo and attempt to explain how you might use angular in a full-fledged web-app running on a node.js server.

    Any thoughts?

Just as we were discussing how the lines between developer and designer were blurring.

This is in response to Steven but also for everyone else's benefit: We talked about as a good resource for seeing Angular in action. If you are familiar with any of the other js frameworks, it is really useful to compare how angular does things vs something you may already know at todomvc. If you are looking to dive in and learn Angular, you might want to try or even Angularjs' youtube channel (, both having video tutorials on the basics and some of the more advanced topics. Once you start working with angular, Sam mentioned angular-ui ( which is a good add-on suite that adds a lot of useful features. I personally have used ui-bootstrap and ui-router modules and found them really helpful and easy to incorporate.

I couldn't make it last night but is there a way I could get some slides or addition suggested links to tutorials/solid reference pages/etc?
