http://photos1.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/8/4/4/2/event_16173858.jpegAs more and more organizations make the shift to Agile, quite often their main focus is on the business and development areas. But where do the BA’s fit in? What happens when some projects are waterfall, while others are Agile or even worse…a mix of both? Join us for an in depth group discussion on a few successful techniques and ways to avoid common pitfalls.

Never been to a IIBA/COHAA LIG? LIGs are a unique event where a facilitator presents a 5–10 minute primer on a topic, and then we open up for discussion. Everyone is encouraged to add to the conversation through either questions or their experiences and knowledge. We limit attendance to 20 people to enable an open discussion, so sign up early.
