About the facilitator:

AJ Hawley is a Business Analyst with Cardinal Solutions Group. He has spent the last 2 years working in multiple development teams in an enterprise Agile transformation for a large banking institution. He has a broad range of IT industry experience, in such roles as implementation coordinator, trainer, software developer and business analyst.
