Learn to clear spaces, objects and people in this foundational class on smudging!

This class will introduce you to the most common smudges out there (sage, cedar, Palo Santo, etc.) along with practical instruction on how to use them.

We will have a check-in, a bunch of discussion, and lots of hands on instruction. I’ll explain the theory of smudging and will also show you simple, effective techniques for clearing people, spaces, and objects. We’ll also discuss the differences between smudges and incense, and different situations in which it’s appropriate to use a smudge.

What should you bring? Notebook and writing implements. Any objects you might like to practice smudging (crystals, heirlooms, keepsakes).
