A Guided Meditation w/Harriet

TIME TO GET IN FLOW!

Beginner and advanced meditators are welcome. Each week Harriet chooses a theme which she receives from her personal and collective guides. Each class begins with a short talk, setting the theme for the meditation of the day. This class is not only a great opportunity to learn how to clear your mind and relax your body, but this is also considered to be a magical working designed to enter higher dimensions of consciousness so that students can deepen self love, gratitude for the earth, and live a life in alignment with their highest self. Harriet guides the class through a full body relaxation using music, holy breath work and guided visualization, followed by an extended period of silence, where Harriet goes around the room and offers reiki to those who are willing. Every class is wrapped up like a present for the student to take home with them as we seal each session with light, which we then send out into the World. People will leave the temple each week with a grateful heart, an increased ability to live in the present moment, an expanded sense of compassion gratitude, and love for one another.

What should you bring? Wear comfortable clothing and bring bottled water as the Summer months can be a little warm.
