Libertarian comic Doug Stanhope at Cobb's Comedy Club

Hide your children -- Doug Stanhope is coming back to San Francisco. (Kids are not Doug's favorite people.) But he is extremely funny, as well as a hardcore if not exactly orthodox libertarian. Several of us have greatly enjoyed his shows in the past, enough to want to repeat the experience. However he is definitely not for the easily offended! Not all of his material is political by any means, but he always gets in some good jabs at statism.
