Hello Ring Members,

Find out where the biggest paydays are coming from…

Get an A to Z breakdown of the steps you must take to get control of a property, fix it up, and then get it sold and put a fat check in your bank account.

What do you think is the most lucrative strategy for real estate investing?  Would you say wholesaling?  Flipping short sales or REO’s?  Rent and hold long term?

If you are talking maximum returns in the shortest period of time, a huge percentage of investors would say rehabbing for immediate sale is the way to go!

We are talking about 2 to 6 months on average from purchase to resale.  Now I’ve heard stories and have been a witness of investors making 50k to 100k on a single deal.  But I must admit that my average is around 20k to 25k.

That’s not too shabby either, especially when you consider that on top of that, I usually have a private lender or joint venture partner who often makes ¼ to ½ that amount or more to boot!

How many people do you know who could replace their J.O.B. if they could just do that 3 or 4 times a year?

Do you want to get a step by step checklist to guide you through the process?

Well that is just what you will get at the next RING meeting!  I’m going to give you my A to Z checklist of all the things you must do to manage your deal from purchase to resale and all points in between.

P.S.  I want to share with you a recent success story. Many of you were at the presentation given a couple months ago by Amie Chaney of www.homestagingbyamie.com.  Well, I just used her services with great results. When Amie told me that the average number of days on market for a staged home was only 8 days, I was a bit skeptical. I was hoping we could get a contract on the rehab I just finished within 30 to 60 days. She did a beautiful job of staging the home and I was able to put some nice photos on the listing.Well, I was pleasantly surprised that on the 3rd day after it went on the MLS, I had 2 competing offers which landed a contract at full asking price. Wow! Thank you, Amie! Let’s do another one!

I'll show you the Before and After pictures at the meeting
