Welcome Creative Professionals!

The Creative Social Club - or The Northwest Creative Social Club, for long - is THE Meetup Group for ALL creative people in Portland/Vancouver Metro area to connect with each other socially. The Creative Social Club supports the local creative community by promoting social connections, enjoyment, and learning across all creative disciplines, and is open to (a) professionals in the creative industries, (b) people who aspire to make their mark in the creative industries, and (c) people who just thoroughly appreciate the fruits of human creativity and enjoy being with others who share the same passion. We welcome print, web and interactive designers and animators; film and broadcast professionals; producers, directors, and other creative talent; writers, illustrators, photographers, videographers, editors, publishers, agents, creative accountants, project or print managers of all types; and creative, social members of the general public.

Our objectives are to (a) socialize and have a great time, (b) connect with other creative types, (c) have a forum for learning about creative endeavors, access to local events and related topics, and (d) possibly even put together events showcasing our own creative talents. There will always be two standing orders for this group: Be Creative. Be Social.
