Hello again creatives!
Come and join us for our second event which will be held at the Watershed Gallery, Monday, June 16th at 7:30pm. The inaugural event was a hit and we look to continue that momentum with the following three presenters:
Lloyd Taft is an architect living and practicing in Ridgefield, CT. His belief is that volume and movement in architecture is directly linked to music and painting, and that the “moment of resolve” can be found in all great works of art.
Dmitri Wright serves as the Master artist and instructor at Weir Farm National Historic Site, and is the first artist-in-residence at the Greenwich Historic Society. Dmitri will give a talk/demonstration on light, color, and American Impressionism.
John Cashman, teacher and Choreographer of stage combat, will be entertaining us with his knowledge of the craft…and there will be swords!
Following their presentations, members of The Generator are encouraged to mix and mingle with presenters and each other.
$5 if you register through Meetup.com or $10 at the door. This covers wine and light snacks.
Remember, it is a night to mingle with like minded creatives and get a chance to know what is going on around town.
We are looking forward to meeting you and seeing familiar faces!
See you soon,
