FULL MOON POTLUCK

Hey Everyone,

PLEASE READ DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY TO FIND THE TRAILHEAD!!

This is another bitchen hike brought to you by your fearless leader!

It's Cinco De Mayo, stay off the roads, get on the trails.

Come join us on this hike up to the top of the Los Robles trail to take in spectacular views of the moon rising over the Conejo Valley.

This is a potluck and we'll be packing in our goodies to share at the top. Bring your fav eats/drinks to share. Some of this hike will be done in the dusk/dark so bring a flashlight or headlamp. I suggest wearing layers. Bring plenty of water.

Distance: 5 miles on a looped trail

Trail: Varying single track and wide packed earth with some stony parts

Duration: Who cares? It's a party!

Feeling good afterwards: Depends on how much you partake in the debauchery.

DO NOT GO TO THE TRAILHEAD WHERE MOORPARK ROAD ENDS!! WE'RE MEETING AT THE GREENMEADOW TRAILHEAD (READ DIRECTIONS BELOW)

DIRECTIONS: From the 101 freeway heading north into Thousand Oaks, exit at Moorpark Road and turn left, going under the freeway. Drive to the end of the road and turn right on Greenmeadow. Continue on going around the oak tree in the middle of the road and up to the parking lot. We'll meet in the parking lot at the Greenmeadow trailhead.
