I have the opportunity everyday to help people with their insurance.
I represent my clients first and foremost. I believe customer service is more important than any other factor. I am available when my clients are available, regular office hours are a thing of the past.
I was working with a client who hesitantly allowed me to meet with them and put together a proposal. They had their insurance with State Farm for about 50 years. I was not only able to save them money, which they appreciated, but I also showed them how their State Farm policies were insufficient for their needs.
