Blessings everyone!!

I hope that everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather!!!

I wanted to send this email out to everyone so that you all know what is going on for this VERY busy and special weekend!

Friday May 3rd. Lori Bruno and guests will be arriving at the store.  From there, we will go to Palaia Vineyards.

6PM:  Beltane Ritual, facilitated by Lori Bruno, and assisted by me (Bernadette), The coven of the Star and Crescent Moon, and our "cousin coven" Novices of the Old Ways.  It is amazing that so many people can celebrate with one another.  People will be coming from all over the Tri-State area, Connecticut, Massachusetts and other areas to be in ritual together!  $5

Approx. 7:30-8:00 Beltane Feast-sponsored by the Coven of the Star and Crescent Moon.

If you bought your dinner ticket ahead of time, please bring the receipt.  Our volunteers will be serving the food. We cannot guarantee a meal to those who did not RSVP.  This is a catered event.  We ordered enough for 60 people.  Last year we had 100 people show up.  Those who purchased the dinner ticket will be served first, those who did not..will be served afterwards.  $20 per person.

Drum Circle after the meal!!  Bring your drums and dancing feet!

Beltane Festival Saturday May 4th:

Doors open at 9am!  $20 under 12 free. includes all workshops, music and parking!  Our wonderful staff will give you your wristband when your purchase your ticket at the gate.  If you already pre-paid-please bring your receipt.  It would really help to speed things along at the gate and helps to prevent a back up of traffic on Route 32.  The security staff will assist you in regards to parking.  Please follow the instructions of the staff.  You will be asked to move your car if you are not parked in the assigned parking spots, or if you block anyone's access to the festival.  The Maypole ritual and dance will take place at 12 noon.  If you have drums, please bring them!

We will have our kids "Witchlet" Zone this year!  Crafting for the little ones.  2 hour limit $5 per child.  Please be aware, that the staff will not be responsible for changing diapers or feeding your little ones.  Make sure there is a way for the staff to contact you at all times.

No outside coolers or bottles are allowed in the Festival.  Please keep these items in your car.  You may bring your own camp reasons folks!

ALL OF THE STAFF WILL BE WEARING BADGES! Look for badges that say staff if you need any help.

Think GREEN! Garbage in=garbage out.  Smoke in designated areas please.  This is an outside area and we want to prevent cigarette butts from being thrown about in the grass.

Come dressed up and enjoy the day!  The weather is supposed to be great!  The festival has really grown into something remarkable!  It could not happen without the support of such a wonderful community!

6PM the festival ends.
