Whether you're looking for social support, fitness minded friends, new ideas to shake up a boring (or non-existent) training routine or just want to see what THIS WORKOUT is all about, we invite you to become 'one of us'!
Unlike other fitness programs, THIS WORKOUT is all about YOU!
Keeping the emphasis on FUN, we'll help you overcome obstacles through "accountability" meetups in which we'll discuss your challenges (real or perceived), share personal success stories and discover techniques to help you make regular exercise a HABIT you actually look forward to.
You'll also be invited to take part in low-cost (often FREE!) training meetups to help keep your fitness program on track. Experience new activities. Sample different exercise tools. Let us know which products or programs you'd like to try and we'll 'pull some strings' and see what we can come up with.
Have an idea for a meetup? Let us know! There is no such thing as a "bad" workout idea here.
