PROJECT 21 (Spring has sprung, the grass is riz, wonder where your photos is...)

Have you heard about those projects where photographers commit to shooting once a day? Have you ever wanted to do that yourself but shooting 365 days is a tad too much? If so, this online meet up is for you...

Also, does this mean you are to create a "shot of a lifetime" every single day? No! It means that you take a shot a day...my personal favourite? It was blowing light snow one day and I took a shot of my driveway with all the swirling snow!! Kodak moment? Yes, award winning shot? NO!!

Spring officially launches on March 20...(that would be Tuesday) so this meet up project starts on Wednesday March 21. (I have a hard time accepting that the first day of spring is March 20 so that's why I started this on March 21...:)

You are asked to take a photo a day for twenty one days...a spring theme is "expected" however as you commit to this, you may find that spring may not be your theme.

Your theme really is "you"...what "you" see, what "you" photograph, what "you" want to include in your "project".

At the end of the 21 days, which is April 10, you will be able to upload your "PROJECT 21" to the site on April 11 or you can upload daily...some people may find that having to wait means more work at the end so it is up to you!

This meet up is limited to 21 people...

The rules?

1. You start shooting Wednesday, March 21.

2. One photo from each day is to be submitted and of course you shoot more than one so you have lots to pick from!!

3. You must write a comment for each photo - maybe tell where it was taken, why you took it, or write "no comment" if you have nothing to say...haha!! Day 1, day 2, would be appreciated as well~

As I think of more things, I will add ideas...as well, if you have any comments, do that below!!

THIS ONLINE MEETUP STARTS ON WEDNESDAY MARCH 21.

PHOTOS CAN BE UPLOADED ON APRIL 11 at the end of the 21 days or UPLOAD AS YOU GO however the cutoff for uploading is April 16, giving you time to pull your project together...:) I think I will RSVP yes!!

(Also, no need to RSVP "no" unless you change your "yes" to "no" at a later date...:)
