Valuation is important! It's not just a negotiating tool, it helps you know your own startup better, and hone your strategy towards success.

Mr. Eshed has helped many companies, investors and entrepreneurs in Israel, Europe and the USA with business valuations and financial negotiations. Eshed is an expert in convertible loans, fairness opinions, valuation studies, M&A, IPO and more.

We present ways to determine it and strategies to justify how you arrived at that figure. Patents, intellectual property, tangible assets all help, but other factors are even more important, such as what you need to reach and dominate your market. The Berkus Method bases it on expected revenue by your fifth year of business. The Chicago method, Risk Factor Summation Method or Scorecard Valuation Method are other approaches to guide you. Also, know well the difference between pre-money and post-money, and you are on your way.
