Join us and enjoy creating simple, yet deliciously baked sweets and desserts!

Make new friends, discover delicious recipes and improve your English skills all in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Even if you are an experienced baker or native English speaker, you'll still have a great time in these classes!

As a team you will work in pairs to create an American or French classic dessert that you can take home with you. After you’ve finished baking we’ll all chat over tea and enjoy some fresh baked sweets.

You will be guided by an experienced baker and native speaker of American English. Classes are taught in basic English, but you can speak in Japanese at anytime. Classes are taught in a professional kitchen classroom located in Omori, Ota Ward (near Shinagawa/Oimachi).

Reservations are required and class size is limited, so please sign up right away!

ABOUT ME
Baking has been a passion of mine since I baked my first cake as a teenager in Hawaii. Since then I've never stopped learning and trying new recipes. In 2007 I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Tokyo with a diploma in pastry. I also have taken many courses at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. In 2008, I started my baking classes to share my passion and love of baking with others.
