Dear Friends,

We join together for guided Mindfulness Meditation Practice as 6:00 every Friday evening. For 30 minutes we gather to collect oursevles and re-connect with our experience. It's a beautiful way to move into the weekend.

We will be offering mindfulness meditations each Friday and hope you will join us for one or many sessions. Each session is about half an hour. There will be no sharing or talking- only a simple guided meditation. Participants are then welcome to leave or join the teacher (https://www.meetup.com/EastBayMeditation/events/68694162/) for a brief question and answer period. Please enter mindfully and quietly and bring a cushion if you prefer to sit on the ground.
