I do the majority of my development on the server side, so I love Node.js and a lot of the useful modules like node-mongo-native, restify, and underscore. I also enjoy jQuery like all other JS developers and have dabbled a bit in Backbone.
Again, my backend experience makes answering this easier. My testing is done almost exclusively using BDD style in vows, using the should module and some hand-written mocks and fakes.
Pretty much anything that allows for some fun and some learning, perhaps by being exposed to new ideas, techniques, etc.
I am a startup geek with a varied business and software background, and I work diligently to bring broad value to the companies in which I'm involved. I currently spend most of my dev and hacking time using Node!
