What we’re about
This is a free mastermind social group of home based traders created for the exchange of trading information and run solely for member benefit.
We have several members who are now successfully trading full time simply with what they learned attending group meetups and sharing knowledge, all without expensive education.
Tampa Career Traders welcomes all traders in all instruments, part and full time.
The group goal : Assist in the attainment of a successful full time trading career.
The Meetup Challenge
We do NOT allow unsubstantiated sales presentations. An educator, money manager or broker with a product or service for sale must meet some or all of this criteria to the satisfaction of the group administration:
- provide substantive proof that your system or technique is profitable for a reasonable length of time, in the form of live trading, not simulation and/or backtesting.
- provide substantive proof of the ability of the presenters/coaches/managers to derive the majority of their income trading, not from sales or other sources.
provide a list of graduates/students/customers who are succeeding long term for interview and verification.
Since the date of our first meetup, 3/21/11, we have been contacted by numerous firms requesting access to market our group. To date the challenge has not been met.
Membership in this group is entirely free, voluntary and completely discretionary. We reserve the right to remove and/or revoke membership at any time, for any reason, without explanation, at the sole discretion of the administrators.
If you want straight talk about trading from people doing it, this is the place to be. If you're interested in bullshoot there are other Tampabay groups better suited to your needs.
