Trail Dames is hiking club for women of a curvy nature! However, all women are welcome!
The Dames are a group of women who are looking for a chance to get out and see the beauty that this world has to offer. We hike slowly, enjoying every second, because we know that it is not the destination that is important, but the journey.
And when we reach the top of every mountain, you will find us doing the "Dance of the Real Woman" and celebrating the life that is in us all!

How about a car camping trip to the Smokies?
We can head up early Saturday morning set up camp and then head out for a day hike.
Come back and sit by the fire and eat some good camp food.
Sunday we will do another day hike and then head back home.
I am sure it will be chilly but it will be gorgeous.
