Transform Capital Management is a bold, innovative and scalable market-based solution to the critical social and environmental challenges of our time.

  • Designed to address and reverse the most urgent market failures that dramatically      inhibit economic, environmental and social development, this dynamic ‘Global Impact Investment Bank’ model aims to highlight and fund global recovery in a timeframe that conventional finance and thinking cannot.

  • Our system solutions intelligently make connections between investors, governments, businesses and funds.

  • Our goal is to further understand and address the drivers and macro risks of capital concentration from a climate, sustainability and social perspective and to progress solutions which can intelligently address and reverse these market failures for true climate and economic prosperity.

Rebalancing the Economic Food Chain: Exploring Opportunities for Economic and Climate Prosperity

A meet up to bring together public policy makers, philanthropists, mainstream and outlying investment communities, NGOs, academia and big business.

Objective

To discuss theories on the reasons for our existing economic, social and environmental market-failures and explore a groundbreaking solution on how to correct and harmonise them.

Why?

  •  Because, domestically and globally, we are living in a number of macro, and micro, economic and environmental perfect storms.
  • Many of the threats we now face are due to something which can best be described as collective stupidity.
  • We need to find and implement a better way and we need to do it soon!

How?

  • For challenges born out of collective stupidity, the only solutions must come through collective wisdom. Collective wisdom implies collaboration not conflict.
  • The only way to stimulate the levels of collaboration needed to address our collective challenges is to incentivise all of the actors and help these same stakeholders work together.

Now

That is what we intend to discuss. We look forward to your input.
