We meet in friendship, support, and sharing to help with the long-term effects of abuse or other trauma.  We survivors can be helped when we tell our stories and listen to people who understand because they have had similar experiences.  (But, our group is not a substitute for therapy.)

You also are welcome if you are in an abusive relationship, are not sure if PTSD applies to you, or if you love someone who has experienced abuse or trauma.  (Hablo algo Español.)
