Drupal Coworking Day at Bull City Coworking

Mark your calendars, and join us. It is fun to be in the same space with other Drupalites!

And don't forget Robert's generosity in donating the space to us for this time.

If you enjoy this event, and like the idea of coworking, you can help Robert and others fostering businesses like this by (1) spreading the word to others who may find such a format helpful, and/or (2) spending a day when we're not there as a group at Bull City Coworking and paying for a day pass. Pay it forward, and keep things like this accessible!

We'll work on our own projects most of the day - go out to lunch together (for those interested), and keep our eyes and ears open for opportunities to collaborate and help each other out.

Join us - even for just an hour or two!

So then, Barb - being relatively new to Drupal and have a 'Dashboard' Drupal instance that a contractor built per my design; I have a couple of issues with 'content management' and 'organic groups', as well as, questions about cron jobs, that I would be willing to share... As well as, give a demo of my Dashboard... For me to be able to justify attending this wonderful opportunity, I have to show my director that I will gain knowledge on my specific needs :-)

Ah - gotcha! We usually have at least five or six experienced folks, and a newbie or three attending. Those of us who have been doing this for awhile are always happy to lend a hand, and we often get into some lively discussions about the best way to accomplish a particular task. We also love to help each other with things we just can't seem to figure out on our own. Once the bulk of the crew arrives (usually by 10:30 or so) we'll do introductions and you can tell us about what you need. I know I will have some time to talk through things, and there will likely be others who will join in as well. I'm sure it will be worthwhile! Probably a lot more effective than spending lots of time pouring through Drupal.org and other resources. How's that? 8-)
