This could also be a great way for someone to practice the "flight" mode if they're ever in situations involving quick response in imminent danger--such as escaping a mugger or rescuing someone from a burning building. Parkour focuses on practicing efficient movements to develop one's body and mind to be able to overcome obstacles in an emergency.
