TFF/TU Annual Smallmouth Trip

I am organizing getting a group tent site. $8/night. If you'd like to camp with the group but want to bring a pop up camper or trailer you will have to make reservations and accomodations with the site on your own. This trip is usually very fun. The location I am looking into is close to trout streams and it is right on the New River. It is in North Carolina so you will not need to get a VA license. When the trip comes around usually people get together and plan wade or float trips. The sites I'm looking into offer canoe rentals and shuttle services. The place I'm looking at is.
If you have experiences with either of these camping areas please let me know. Also if you have some info or knowledge of fishing for smallmouth you think would be helpful to this trip please contact me.
