This group was created for anyone with the desire to meet other local people who practice meditation. We host meetups for practicing a variety of group meditation forms, and meetups for discussing mediation techniques and resources. The focus of the group is to cross the boundaries of religious and philosophical backgrounds, to learn and practice mediation without ego or agenda, and to enjoy the peaceful relaxing feeling meditation brings, knowing it to be a powerful path for opening ourselves to all that life has to offer.
