If the world really is ending on Dec. 21st then Dec 16th is the last Vegan Brunch on Earth. Come eat some banging Vegan Food made by Chef Matt Props. A 'Stay Fresh: Vegan Cuisine For The Masses' production.
1) Biscuits and Mushroom Gravy (Soy-Free) - $11
'2 large, flakey, country style biscuits smothered in thick, peppery mushroom gravy served with a generous side of spiced, smoked and slow cooked seasonal greens and garlic/herb roasted potatoes'
2) Tofu Huevos Rancheros (Gluten-Free) - $11
'Dry spice rubbed and baked tofu pieces piled high with fresh made salsa, creamy guacamole, sauteed black beans and grilled veggies served atop crispy fried corn tortillas, paired with a light salad and garlic/herb roasted potatoes
3) Classic Breakfast Plate Done Vegan - $11
'3 fluffy pancakes served with 3 strips of smokey tempeh bacon, a warm seasonal fruit compote and a side of lightly spiced scrambled tofu
Drinks and à la carte items will be available as well based on what looks good this week at the market!
