For thousands of years we have been using dance, music and altered states of consiousness to bond our communities bringing healing and personal power to those who take part.
It is only in the later parts of the last millennium that we have moved so far away from our connection to the rhythms of the earth and the rhythms of our own bodies. Dance nurtures a deep remembering of our ancestral roots and brings us to wholeness and harmony once again.

Ecstatic trance dance encourages us to embrace all aspects of ourselves in a loving and non judgemental way. Moving beyond the thinking mind, getting out of the head and into the body grounds and centres us so we can enjoy life more fully.

A night of dancing... the celebration of self expression, shaking... to wake our energy up, and moments of stillness... to connect more deeply with our own inner beauty and unique essence. Using the music, movement and breath as our anchors to journey deep inside.kick back and dance your own rhythm...wiith crystal bowl sound healing and teas and treats after to ground our energy.Come along and join us increasing inner freedom, self-awareness and love in these events held twice monthly in London. x
