The intention of this group is to build a feeling of community among those interested in or practicing Chinese Medicine. Chinese Medicine is a broad heading covering therapies as diverse as: acupuncture, chinese herbal medicine, qi gong, tui na, gua sha, cupping, moxabustion, etc.

In our meetups, we will practice Qi Gong, learn some Tui Na massage techniques, learn about herbal balms and liniments, discuss Chinese Medical theory and acupuncture points, and much more.

Feel free to come with your own health concerns, which we can discuss and explore through the lens of Chinese Medicine.

Anyone interested in Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, herbs, Qi cultivation practices, or simply improving their health should join!
