Includes a Continental Breakfast(Sat & Sun), Lunch (Sat & Sun) and Dinner (Saturday only) along with Snacks/Beverages all day long and dessert!!!!
The Homewood Suites is a great facility with good lighting, lots of elbow room and free WIFI!

Fee is for Crop only. You may leave your items and come back the next day. If you are interested in spending the night we have rooms blocked at the Homewood Suites @ Stewart Airport for $129 a King Size Suite that has a Cal King bed in one room and a double pull out couch in the front room. Comfy enough for 3 people. Hotel also has an indoor pool and hottub! Aaron and I are not booking rooms, if you are interested in staying, please call the hotel and make arrangements by September 26th, 2013.

*** Please note no refunds or credit towards another crop will be given for this event. Registrations will be held until payment due dates. If payment isn't made by the stated date, an email will go out to remind you, then after 2 days it will be cancelled to allow anyone on the waiting list to take the spot. If you have a change of plans and are unable to attend, please let us know asap. Supplies for the meals are purchased within a week of the event. Thanks for your understanding.
