--------------------------------------------------------------------

Join us for a fun filled Challenge

                                                    like no other!!!

Rough Runner is a new breed of obstacle events. The events are inspired by all those game shows we love – Takeshi’s Castle, Wipeout, Gladiator, Ninja Warrior and more. So if you’ve ever wanted to try them out for yourself (we did!), here’s your chance!

The obstacles are unique, bespokely built and designed by the world class engineers who were responsible for the Ferrari building in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi UAE. Designed to test participant’s strength, stamina and agility as they bring together fun and fitness to give you a great sense of achievement... so join the fun, this is for EVERYONE.

Battle it out to get across the finishing line or help each other overcome the obstacles with fun, laughter and teamwork, it's your choice.

The events have full catering, hot and cold food, hot and cold drinks and everyone gets a free beer at the end of the race as a congratulation for finishing! There is also a fully stocked bar!

    Things you'll need to bring:

***A print out of your ticket. If driving, you'll need to show this to the marshal on the entry gate to access the car park. PLEASE have this ready before you get there. Leave it on your dashboard so its easy to quickly pass through the entrance, and avoid causing any queues. ***Cash for food & drinks on site - there will not be card machines. ***Suitable clothing. This is up to you, but we'd suggest a warm change of clothes for after the event and gloves to use during (for all those nets and ropes). You will get muddy, and so will your trainers, so don't wear anything you are particularly precious about! Most of the other info you need will be on http://roughrunner.com/event/london/, or communicated to you at the event.

See you all on Sunday Go team you uDare !!!!!

For most, driving will be the best means of getting there, and you'll be pleased to hear that car parking is free.

For anyone coming by train, there will be a shuttle service from Farnham station which will leave at 9.30am ish. There's a train arriving at 9.25am if heading from London, so if you're on that you'll be fine.

There is a £5 charge for the shuttle service, and YOU MUST let them know if you want to book a spot, as its on a first come first served basis. They also be taking people back to Farnham at the end of the event at around 4pm, depending on when everyone is finished. Here's the form to book the shuttle service on. Remember, first come first served! http://www.roughrunner.com/shuttle

IMPORTANT. New Event Info for Rough Runner!

    Roughians!

Thanks for signing up to take part in Rough Runner! The TV Game show inspired obstacle race!

The venue for the event you have signed up for has now changed, and we're delighted to announce our partnership with the Ministry of Defence, who will be hosting all of us for our inaugural event.

The new location for this event is in the Bordon military camp just in Hampshire. Its about 45/50 minutes drive from London, and easily accessible on the train from London. Because of the change we are pushing back the event to March 30th, 2014, so get set to kick start your new year's fitness resolution with some training! We could do the event in mid-February but felt it would be better weather in March for you! Your ticket will be automatically transferred for the new date and location. But if they don't, we will of course be offering full refunds to anyone who asks. for further info please contact [masked]
