October Epping Forest Vegan/Raw Vegan Hike

Man I miss this forest... haven't been in such a long time and I know all the autumn colours are going to be in full swing! Was reminded of its beauty by a friend of mine (thanks Elizabeth :-)) and just had to organise this hike. If you've never been to the forest then you are in for a treat. Bring a camera!

All whilst hanging out with like minded people - what could be better? :-)

Bring whatever you fancy eating for yourself and a little to share with others (please, no animal products) as we will stop for lunch at some stage.
